Ethics and Leadership: Preparing for Real-World Challenges

Jumeira University’s College of Business invites students and the wider academic community to an engaging online workshop titled “Ethics and Leadership.”

This session will be led by Dr. Mirna Barraj, a distinguished figure in diplomacy, culture, and humanitarian leadership. With extensive experience as a Diplomatic & Cultural Ambassador for the United Nations and a Humanitarian Ambassador across multiple countries in the MENA region, Dr. Barraj brings valuable insights into navigating ethical challenges in complex, real-world environments.

The workshop will explore the role of ethics in leadership, decision-making, and professional conduct, equipping participants with practical perspectives that extend beyond the classroom.
