NOTICE BOARD

There are notice boards placed at the male and female entrances. These boards serve as a channel of communication between the University and students. Students are requested to check the boards for announcements, changes in scheduling and other important information.
VISITORS POLICY
Jumeira University welcomes visitors to the campus. It is important that visitors register at the reception desks. Visitors must be accompanied by their hosts throughout their visit to the campus. If students are accompanied by friends who want to attend a class, they should seek the permission of the Academic Dean or Program Director prior to the class visit. All campus visitors must comply with the posted safety measures that include: social distancing, temperature check, wearing mask and sanitizing hands at entrance.
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS
In case students have forgotten or lost belongings on campus, they are requested to go to the Security Offices at the male or female wing, or send an email to campuscare@ju.ac.ae

The Auditorium is used for cultural and heritage and other national holiday celebrations, ceremonies and other events. All students are granted certain rights and have certain shared responsibilities as members of the university community.
The auditorium is fitted with 300 seats, an overhead projector and a 200-inch screen, in addition to a state-of-the-art sound system.

The Jumeira University campus hosts two cafeteria; for male and female students respectively. Both cafeterias offer dining and seating areas.
Furthermore, the University is equipped with many vending machines for refreshments and snacks, available at both the male and female campuses.

The modern indoors sports hall at the Jumeira University campus is perfectly suited for football, basketball and handball. Students can make reservations to use the facilities and equipment.
Additionally, the sports hall contains a theater that can be used for cultural and national holiday celebrations and ceremonies.
The University has a state-of-the-art indoor Sports Hall. The hall is equipped for the following sports: Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, and Tennis. Students (and interested off-campus individuals, institutions) can contact Student Affairs Office to register for sports teams and use or reserve facilities and equipment. Students are expected to wear sports clothes only within the sports facilities and respect the dress code.

The Aisha Mosque, located on the campus of Jumeira University, is one of the Islamic icons of Dubai. The mosque was built before campus development, and is named after Sayyeda Aisha, wife of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Mother of All Believers.
The mosque was officially inaugurated by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Prime Minister and Vice President of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai, in the presence of dignitaries and members of the community and the UAE government. The mosque was opened on the 29th of Shaaban 1432 Hijri; 31st of July 2011 in the Gregorian calendar.
The mosque reflects the captivating beauty of Islamic architecture, internally and externally, and is located at the southern part of campus, with a view of Latifa bint Hamdan street.
PRAYER ROOM
Jumeira University respects and embraces Islamic values and traditions. Classes are scheduled to accommodate prayer times.
Male students can pray in the University Mosque which is within the campus premises. Students must follow the COVID-19 protocols including bringing their own prayer mat.
Female students’ prayer rooms are available across campus. Students must bring with them their own prayer mat

JU has a state-of-the-art IT platform to ensure students are provided with advanced technological services.
Computer labs and access points across campus that offer more than 50 individual workstations. JU is among the leading educational institutions in the UAE to launch the virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) that allows students to access their information content from any device at any given time, on or off campus.
JU has computer labs at both male and female campuses. The laboratory is equipped with 20 computer desks for the use of the students and is accessible to students when it is not being used for classes.
