Jumeira University’s accredited Bachelor of Business Administration in Event Management equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage and deliver events in various fields; including sports, culture, entertainment, government, festivals, meetings, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, product launches and hospitality events. The curriculum covers the spectrum of sciences necessary to help students think creatively in the conceptualization, development and organization of events.
Program graduates will have learned diverse elements of event management including planning, budgeting, logistics and procurement, publicity and promotion, venue design, event launch, and risk management.

Event Management is a multi-billion dollar industry that is growing rapidly, with conferences, meetings, trade shows and social events hosted regularly all over the world. The strong growth of the events management industry in the region has positioned the UAE as the event hub in the MENA region.
This program offers valuable internship opportunities, where students can work with industry professionals. They also have the opportunity to complete a capstone project in which they work with a faculty advisor to complete an event project.
Graduates will be prepared to work in business, government, service sector, destination marketing, sports venue operations, festivals, summits and community events.
